Mr. Attaf receives a phone call from his Omani counterpart

The minister of State, minister of foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received Saturday a phone call from the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, Badr Albusaidi.

The phone call came the day after the UN Security Council meeting on the fallout from the Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the discussions between the two ministers focused on the worrying developments in the Middle East following this attack.

The two ministers stressed the need to mobilise international efforts for the Security Council to assume its role in maintaining peace and security, at the regional and international levels.
